Cheese, Mushrooms may Minimize Liver Cancer

Leyuan Liu, Ph.D., with Texas A&M’s Institute of Biosciences & Technology, published new research on a compound found in aged cheese, mushrooms, whole grains, and a number of other foods. The compound, spermidine, may reduce the risk of liver cancer, and ultimately increase longevity. More, here.
